The opening keynote will be delivered by David Barnes, Brigadier General (Ret.) and Professor, internationally recognised for his leadership in artificial intelligence strategy, ethics and governance. Formerly the U.S. Army’s Chief AI Ethics Officer, Professor Barnes played a key role in shaping responsible AI frameworks adopted across defence, government and industry.

Drawing on decades of leadership at the intersection of technology, policy and security, his keynote will explore how organisations can adopt emerging technologies responsibly while maintaining trust, resilience and long-term strategic advantage.

Day 2 Keynote: Jeff Sundheim, Google
