Data Centre Expo Norge returns on 6–7 May 2026 at NOVA Spektrum, co-located with Oslo Tech Show. The event brings together leaders, policymakers and technical experts shaping the digital infrastructure that underpins Norway’s digital economy.

Guided by the theme “Norway’s Data Centres – Powering the Digital Future”, Data Centre Expo Norge will explore sustainability, energy strategy, resilience and innovation across the data centre value chain — positioning Norway as a key hub for next-generation digital infrastructure in the Nordic region.

Keynote Speaker: Karianne Tung — Minister for Digitalisation and Public Governance

Karianne Tung, Norway’s Minister for Digitalisation and Public Governance, will deliver a keynote addressing the role of digital infrastructure in national digital transformation. With responsibility for public-sector digitalisation, cybersecurity and data policy, Minister Tung brings a government perspective on how collaboration between industry and the public sector is essential to building secure, trusted and future-ready digital systems.

Her keynote will highlight how policy, infrastructure investment and innovation intersect — and why data centres are a foundational element of Norway’s digital resilience and competitiveness.

Keynote Speaker: Haakon Bryhni — Data Centre Development and Regional Impact

Haakon Bryhni is a leading figure in Norwegian data centre development and infrastructure planning. Closely associated with the Tydal Data Center, Bryhni has played a central role in advancing large-scale data centre initiatives that combine energy strategy, regional development and long-term sustainability.

His keynote will focus on how local conditions, power availability and community engagement are increasingly decisive factors in successful data centre projects — offering insight into how Norway can scale its digital infrastructure responsibly while maintaining public trust.
