NDX NOTICE: #08-421 MARKET MAKING IN INSTRUMENTS ISSUED BY ABN AMRO BANK N.V.

Following the recent decision of The Swedish Financial Supervisory Authority ("Finansinspektionen") to withdraw Nordic Growth Market NGM Holding AB's ("NGM Holding") subsidiary Nordic Growth Market NGM AB's ("NGM") license to conduct exchange business, ABN AMRO Bank N.V. will for the time being only quote bid prices for MINI Futures issued by ABN AMRO Bank N.V. which have an open interest, due to the open-ended maturity of the instruments. No market making prices will be given for MINI Futures which have no open interest.

The market making in warrants and notes issued by ABN AMRO Bank N.V. will continue as normal for the time being.
