Nordomatic has acquired all shares in Omicron Automasjon AS and its subsidiary, Omicron Service AS.
January 3, 2025. Nordomatic, the leading BMS provider, acquires all the shares in the Norwegian Building Management System (BMS) Provider Omicron Automasjon AS and its subsidiary Omicron Service AS. The company is in Trondheim, Norway. This marks a significant milestone in Nordomatic’s growth journey.
The acquisition is a key element of Nordomatic's strategy to reach new markets. Omicron was founded in 2007 and has a well-established customer base in the Trondheim area with a very good reputation in the market. They have high expertise within BMS, and Nordomatic sees great potential.
“By acquiring Omicron, we enter new markets and reinforce our position as a key player in Building Management Systems. We are happy to welcome the Omicron team to Nordomatic Norway and excited for the future together,” says Fredrik Lundh, Country Director Norway.
"Joining Nordomatic will provide us with expanded market opportunities and enhance both our technical and organizational capabilities. It allows us to offer a broader range of software and services while supporting our customers beyond our traditional geographic boundaries", says Stein Roksvaag, former owner of Omicron Automasjon AS and Omicron Service AS.
The acquired business will report directly to the Country Director.
