Powering the Future of Smart Buildings: Nordomatic Invests in Indian Tech Company

Nordomatic is proud to announce the acquisition of shares in the Indian tech company ICT, a software company specializing in BMS business support. The investment marks an important step in Nordomatic’s ambition to accelerate innovation and expand its ecosystem of businesses within smart and sustainable building operations.

Nordomatic has been a growth company in Europe since 1967, combining system integration with software solutions. In 2024, the company established business in the global arena by moving into the USA and India. It is now continuing that growth by expanding its presence in India, which will strengthen Nordomatic's operations even further.

ICT was founded in 2015 and is located in Pune, India. The company specializes in BMS support and has clients in Europe, the USA, and Asia. ICT is a sister company of AICT that Nordomatic acquired in 2024. AICT and ICT together employ 152 highly skilled professionals and are expected to continue their growth as demand increases, and their services are integrated into Nordomatic's global operations.
