COLLABORATION: Swedish duo JIM OUMA collaborates with international superstars Sia and David Guetta on a new remix of single ‘Floating Through Space’

Eclectic duo JIM OUMA is an artist project made by the legendary hip hop producers Astma & Rocwell, who has created songs for artists like Tove Lo, Madonna, Maroon 5 to name a few. They’re also known for their internationally successful band NONONO who reached Top 40 US charts with their hit single ‘Pumpin Blood’. Now the duo, as JIM OUMA, returns back to their roots, creating music inspired by hip hop and sounds of The Caribbean. On the remix, Sia and David Guetta’s ‘Floating Through Space’ enters JIM OUMA’s rhythmic and tropical soundspace and exits as a dancehall hit that makes one long for summer beaches and festivals.

The debut single ‘Beg’ was released in January 2020 in collaboration with Swedish soul/R&B artist Mapei and UK's Chukki Starr and the release of ‘Bang My Head’ in collaboration with KIDDO marked the duo's second release as JIM OUMA. The song has almost 6 million streams on Spotify alone and is hailed by international outlets around the world. After collaborating with artists Alicai Harley, Awa, JP Scofield, JIM OUMA’s previous single ‘Stay This Way’, (with Swedish rising star Zikai and KES KROSS) was praised by international music magazines and blogs and was on rotation on Swedish national radio station P3.
