Design company Offecct winner of Industripriset (industry prize) Skaraborg 2017.
Offecct designs, develops and produces design furniture and has its head office, development and production located in Tibro in Västra Götaland. The company has approximately 20,000 m2 of production area, which includes its subsidiary Facctory AB (which specialises in customised solutions for individual customers).
“We are terribly excited about this award. It’s great in particular that a design company which also manufactures its products has received this commendation in an industrial context. Our development proves that a furniture producer can compete in both the Swedish and international markets with Swedish-made products. This award has made us even stronger in our ongoing focus on international growth, says Kurt Tingdal, CEO, Offecct.”
Ever since it was founded in 1990, Offecct has been working consciously with sustainable growth. Today, in 2017, sustainability is a feature of its entire operations to an even greater extent.

Offecct AB is a entrepreneur-led company with its headquarters and production in Tibro, Sweden. The company was founded in 1990 by Kurt Tingdal (CEO) and Anders Englund (Design Manager). They are both still actively involved in the company. The group has 80 employees and sales of SEK 150 million. Half of sales comprise exports to more than 50 countries. Our business is run in our own premises in Tibro, which have a total area of around 20 000 m 2. The company has showrooms in Stockholm, Gothenburg and Tibro (Sweden), Oslo (Norway) and Milan (Italy). Offecct is since 2017 a part of the Flokk Group.
