OneCo acquires Relacom AB

​The industrial group OneCo has entered into an agreement to acquired Swedish Relacom AB, which delivers technical services and strategic solutions to the telecom- and energy markets.

OneCo strengthens its position in Sweden as a complete provider of infrastructure services to the telecom- and energy markets.

– OneCo and Relacom AB complement each other in a good way. OneCo has critical infrastructure as a prioritized area with a focus on expansion in the electrical power, telecom, energy and transport sectors. With its employees, products and services, Relacom AB will complement OneCo's telecommunications and energy capacity to our customers in the Swedish market, says Marvin Jensen, CEO of OneCo.

Relacom AB is a major player in the Swedish market with close to 400 employees and annual sales of approximately SEK 700 million. The company is a service provider of technical services and strategic solutions in telecom and energy, including deliveries of both mobile and fiber-based services.

OneCo has approximately 2,200 employees and annual sales of approximately NOK 3.5 billion. OneCo provides services related to electricity, telecom, electric power, energy, automation and IT. Energy companies, telecom operators and public and private companies are the largest customer groups.

OneCo is already established in Sweden through OneCo Sverige AB. Relacom AB will be part of a larger industrial venture that OneCo is now making in Sweden. Relacom AB will continue as a separate company in OneCo Group.
