Pinerock Finland acquires KBC Rakennus Oy and strengthens its position in the Helsinki Metropolitan area

Pinerock Finland Oy is strengthening its position in the renovation, maintenance and improvement (“RMI”) market in the Helsinki metropolitan area by acquiring 100 percent of the shares of KBC Rakennus Oy. Through the acquisition, KBC Rakennus becomes part of the growing Nordic Pinerock Group. The transaction was completed on August 25, 2026.

KBC Rakennus is a company specialised in residential renovation and pipe renovation projects, with operations focused on the Helsinki metropolitan area. KBC Rakennus will continue to operate as an independent company within the Pinerock Group, and the current management team will remain in place.

The acquisition complements Pinerock’s expertise in RMI particularly in residential refurbishment projects, and pipe renovation projects, while also strengthening the Group’s position in the Helsinki metropolitan market. KBC Rakennus’ key customers include public housing providers, private property owners, institutional investors, and housing associations.
