Pinerock Finland Expands into Commercial Renovation by Acquiring Restok Group Oy
Pinerock Finland Oy has agreed to acquire 100 percent of the shares of Restok Group Oy. Restok is a Helsinki-based company specializing in renovation. Through this transaction, Restok will become part of the Pinerock Group, a Nordic company focused on RMI (Renovation, Maintenance, Improvement) and Building services. The transaction was completed on June 10, 2026.
Restok will continue operating as an independent company within Pinerock Group, and the current management will retain their roles. All Restok employees will continue in their positions under existing terms. Restok’s revenue in 2025 was EUR 17.7 million, and the company employs about 35 people.
With the acquisition, Pinerock Finland expands its service offering to include renovation of commercial and business premises. Previously, the company’s services have primarily focused on residential renovation projects through its subsidiaries Venue and Oulun Remonttimylly.
Juha Kananen, Country Manager of Pinerock Finland Oy, welcomes Restok to the group:

According to Kananen, the acquisition enables Pinerock Finland to offer its existing customers a broader range of services across a wider geographic area.
