Pinerock Group appoints CEOs for Norway and Finland

Driven by the expansion to Finland and Norway last year through the acquisitions of Veljekset Nuutinen Oy and Ansnes Entreprenør AS, Pinerock appoints a CEO for Finland and Norway respectively. The appointments follow the strategy of Pinerock to become the leading company in the Nordics within RMI (Renovation, Maintenance and Improvement) and Building services, with strong local presence and collaboration on each individual market.

Pinerock has appointed Per Erik Sandersen as CEO for Pinerock Norway, to take on the organic and inorganic development in Norway. Per Erik has a long background in the M&A industry and he has experience of Building services and adjacent industries. Most recently he was with Saga Corporate Finance, where he advised Ansnes on its sale to Pinerock. He also has an operational background in commercial real estate.

Pinerock has also appointed Juha Kananen as CEO for Pinerock Finland. Juha has over the last years been the CEO of Heikkinen Yhtiöt, one of Finland’s largest flooring contractors with EUR 100M in revenues and more than 350 employees. He has played an important role in the expansion of Heikkinen Yhtiöt and Juha will work on the growth and collaboration of our Finnish companies, as well as drive M&A growth with the rest of the team.
