A world leading cosmetics company has signed up for PipeChain´s collaborative supply chain solution for efficient supplier logistics
LUND – PipeChain Group AB (“PipeChain”), a cloud-based Multi-Enterprise Network software for Automotive & Retail industry and Collaborative Planning & Replenishment software for global supply chains, today disclosed that a world leading cosmetics company (“The Customer”) has signed up for PipeChain’s Collaborative Supply Chain software. PipeChain’s SaaS-based supply chain software will support The Customer’s logistical collaborative supplier processes, primarily supplier labels and dispatch management, smoothening both The Customer as well as several hundred suppliers’ operations.
The Customer, which name will be disclosed before planned go-live later this year, is a world leading producer of mainly cosmetics, containing many brands, and covering many countries. Their strategy includes creating and producing products close to their customers. PipeChain fit into this strategy, being a tool that brings strategically defined processes into decentralized operations.
