Annika McCrea joins BonVent Holdings

BonVent, a strategy and venture firm with offices in San Francisco and Stockholm, announced that Annika McCrea has joined them as Managing Partner.

Annika brings with her 25 years’ experience of management consulting and growth strategy from many different industries.

McCrea was with consulting firm BTS for over 12 years in various roles – and became a partner in 2001. In 1998, McCrea started BTS San Francisco which has grown to be the company's largest office around the world. McCrea was recruited to head up Advantage Performance Group as CEO. She did so during a 7-year period and continued to contribute to the company's success, growth, and commitment to excellence. McCrea returned to BTS in the last 3 years to again to head up and lead the growth of a new practice, the Sales Practice in Europe.

McCrea is also a Co-founder of the Scandinavian School in San Francisco. 

McCrea has an M.Sc. in International Business Administration from the University of Lund, School of Economics, Sweden.
