In Sweden, there is no major franchise fair as there is in other countries where this is one of the most common ways of recruiting franchisees. We have therefore identified the possibility of creating a virtual franchise fair instead. A trade fair where franchisors and future franchisees and suppliers get the opportunity to make contacts and do business. A fair where franchisors find their future franchisees!

There are enormous opportunities in the virtual trade fair world. Virtual fairs are here to stay and development is very fast. Good for the environment, cost-effective, pandemic-safe and measurable!

We who are behind Franchise Fair are the consulting company Franchise Group, founded in 2005. We help companies that want to develop franchise operations and we also help with the recruitment of franchisees. We also run the franchise portal www.franchisefinder.se where we currently have about 80 franchisees who advertise for franchisees. In our database, we have 14,000 people, companies and investors who are actively looking for franchise concepts.

The visitors at the fair

Our database of 14,000 people and companies, together with our partners' networks, as well as contacts created through advertising in relevant media towards the target group, will form the base of the 1500+ visitors we expect for the fair.

Visitors have to look forward to the opportunity to meet some of the most exciting franchisees in Sweden.

It is free to visit the fair. The opening hours are 09.30-19.30 so that even those who do not have the opportunity to get away during the day, can visit the fair in the evening. Even after kl. 19.30 and the next day it is possible to enter the fair to look at presentations and offers in peace and quiet, but then the fair will not be staffed.

An effective recruitment tool

The technology in the trade fair tool is adapted for recruitment so that you can pre-book and plan meetings and interviews and apply directly for the franchise opportunities.

Who are the exhibitors?

We offer both Swedish franchisors and foreign franchisors to exhibit. At Franchise Fair, you can search for individual franchisees as well as area developers or master franchisees. We believe that it will be a wonderful dynamic to have both Swedish and foreign concepts in place, and that it shows the breadth of franchising and its possibilities.

Partners and suppliers

We also offer a number of relevant suppliers, with important and necessary products and services to franchisors and franchisees, to become partners in the fair, to exhibit and be on site with offers and advice. We offer the levels Main Partner, Partner or exhibit as a supplier. For your participation, you can also choose from a number of display opportunities outside and in the virtual exhibition hall.

Different areas and functions at the fair

We want visitors to have a really valuable, fun and interesting visit to the fair. In the stands, visitors can "meet" the concept. Here is a chat function, the opportunity to take part in presentations, download brochures, and participate in webinars. Visitors can also apply directly to become a franchisee. For those who have pre-booked meetings and interviews, you connect via Teams in a live meeting.

We "build" different exhibition halls and different experience environments that visitors can explore and there are a number of things that you can do and take part in.

For example, a number of interesting so-called masterclass seminars will be held in our authentic lecture environment. Here you will get to read, for example, stories from people who are already franchisees or valuable advice from experts. You choose according to interest and needs.

A "Coffee area" will be in each exhibition hall, where you can more passively "hang" when you want to take a break or maybe have lunch. Here you can be served various presentations and entertainment without having to be active yourself.

There is also an area for technical support and Q&A.

For exhibitors

Do you want to become an exhibitor at the Franchise Fair? Then there are three different smart packages to choose from; Standard, Medium and Premium packages, but it is also possible to customize and add functions as needed.

Advertising

For those who want to be seen even more towards the target group, complementary advertising is offered in various spaces in the exhibition hall.
