Pressmeddelande -

The market for expats is increasing at an uncontrollable rate within the European Union

The opportunities with the European Union and the free movement allow people to move to another country within the EU and start a new career. Instead of being unemployed in the local area in the country that they are living in. Getting a job opportunity and be part of the European society in a different geographical part within the European Union.

The market in Sweden alone have a growth of 85% a year in the demand of Swedish speaking candidates going abroad. Although the European labor market has never been more mobile than now, and the Swedish official employment office is close to be deregulated. meanwhile, Candidates is seeking jobs through new channels, often social media.

“We see a demand for at least 8,000 candidates per year over the next few years within Europe.”
Says Viktor Strömberg Project Manager for Work International.

The meaning of being employed is not only to contribute to the financial ecco system. It also gives the individual self confidence and possibilities to be a part of the working society. The extended life experience and the possibility to meet new international friends and colleagues are going to improve the candidate's life. And when they return to their home country, they come with experience.

“Don't let individuals be unemployed unnecessarily. Let individuals have the opportunity for an income and a future. The European Union agrees on the fact that an unemployed person in one member state is negative for the entire EU system as a whole” Viktor Strömberg

The possibility of going abroad within the European Union often gives the individual a competitive chance of getting a job and a future. The problem becomes for the person who may find it difficult to find a job in their own local region and therefore get a wrongly understanding of their own future. These individuals must get information about opportunities abroad.

“There are two differences prerequisites for the same individual. It is more important to get hired within the European Union and contribute to the system and build confidence for the future. Then it is to stay unemployed in their local region for the cost of their local citizens” Says Viktor Strömberg

The expat is getting internal training, often included good relocation packages, included accommodation and Flight tickets. The expat is often going to work in their native languages. and have English or German as a second language.

We see an increased demand for customer service representatives, sellers, and market researchers in Portugal, Cyprus, Ireland, Greece and Latvia. Many more countries is included.

“We need help to spread the information to all future expat around Europe. That job-seekers have other opportunities to get a job abroad with good conditions and a safe employer. To rebuild their career and work towards a prosperous future”

Companies all over Europe have a great need for talented & serious employees from large parts of Europe. They go a long way to meeting the requirements with good terms and internal training. We work towards the whole of the European Union.

“We need to raise the fact that there is a great demand for competent people all over Europe. They only need the information” Viktor strömberg
