PBS gathered for planning session in Malmö

This week more than 40 people from different sites within Playtech BGT Sports Solutions group gathered for a 2-day planning session at the Malmö office.

The planning session was inspired by SAFe and was facilitated by PBS Agile coaches Anders Koos, Andreas Melvanius and Victoria Paleykova together with the Program Management representatives Phillip Purrer and Gregor Reitbauer. During 2-days they focused on finding a visualizing of the dependencies to create a feasible plan for the coming planning period. On Tuesday evening, they gathered at Boulebar in Malmö for some real competition and to have some fun.

The workshop was a real success. A big thanks to all people attending and to everyone who made this possible!
