Presto acquires Hald & Tesch Brand, Sweden’s oldest fire safety company

Presto Sweden, part of Presto Group (“Presto”), Europe’s leading provider of fire protection, first aid and safety training, today announces the acquisition of Hald & Tesch Brand AB, Sweden’s oldest fire safety company, with over 150 years in the market.

The acquisition strengthens Presto’s nationwide presence in Sweden, adding a highly reputable brand with strong premium positioning and a broad customer base. With a large share of recurring revenues, Hald & Tesch brings a stable and resilient business that complements Presto’s existing fire protection and training offering.

Headquartered in Skarpnäck, Stockholm, the company operates a nationwide network of around 40 employees.
