Presto acquires Tecnotronic, strengthening fire protection presence in Madrid

STOCKHOLM, July 2, 2026

Eurofesa, part of Presto Group (“Presto”), Europe’s leading provider of fire protection, first aid and safety training, has acquired Tecnotronic Sistemas S.L. (“Tecnotronic”), a specialist fire protection company based in Madrid, Spain.

The acquisition reinforces Presto’s ambition to deliver comprehensive fire protection solutions across Europe and strengthens its presence in the Spanish capital. Founded in 1992, Tecnotronic has built a strong reputation in fire prevention, detection, and extinguishing systems — primarily serving industrial clients in the Madrid region.
