QAMCOM OPENS A NEW OFFICE – EVERYWHERE AND NOWHERE

The leading technology company Qamcom has recently opened a new office called, Qamcom Anywhere. A non-physical office for people who wants to work 100% remote. The office will operate in the same way as Qamcom’s physical offices, with the difference that it’s not physical. All employees, including the Site Manager will work remotely from different locations. The background for this is simple, the market needs have changed and the recent years have established new behavior patterns in how and where we want to work. Some people prefer to work 100% at the office, others request a hybrid set-up, and an additional group wants to continue working from home. Qamcom Anywhere turns to the latter. Qamcom already offers great flexibility at their physical offices when it comes to work from home or at the office. However, Qamcom Anywhere will be a complement in order to take the remote-concept all the way – without any reservations.

Initially the unit will focus on attracting developers within FPGA and embedded software living in Sweden – where the need is greatest. The plan is then to expand the catchment area in line with demand.
