Qamcom strengthens strategic capabilities with two key appointments
Qamcom is proud to announce two important additions to its leadership and innovation ecosystem: Erik Silfverberg and Christoffer Levandowski. These strategic recruitments are designed to strengthen Qamcom’s group-wide capabilities in AI and R&D strategy, driving further impact in applied technology and future-focused innovation.
Erik Silfverberg will take on the role of optimizing, scaling, and enabling Qamcom’s AI capabilities across the entire group. He will support both internal operations and external offerings, working in close collaboration with colleagues across business units.

Erik brings a strong leadership background from technology, innovation, and sustainability. Most recently, he served as Managing Director at HaloSep (Stena Metall Group), developing circular solutions for waste-to-resource conversion. Prior to that, he held senior positions at Husqvarna Construction Products, including R&D Director and Sustainability Director, where he led electrification strategies and global innovation programs.
At Qamcom, Erik will focus on building scalable AI assets, enabling experimentation and incubation, and driving AI-powered business opportunities—together with partners and internal teams.
Qamcom also welcomes Christoffer Levandowski, who will work with the group-wide R&D strategy, including public funding and strategic collaboration.

My goal is to create structures and collaborations that strengthen our innovation capacity and amplify the impact of the work we already do – both within the company and together with our partners,” says Christoffer Levandowski.
“I’m excited to bring my experience to Qamcom and contribute to a group that truly puts purpose and technology to work together.”
Christoffer holds a PhD in product development from Chalmers and brings a wide innovation background spanning both automotive and aerospace. Most recently, he was Head of Research & Innovation at Heart Aerospace, focusing on technology strategy, public funding, and partnerships. He has previously worked at Volvo Cars, Volvo Trucks, Zenseact, and QRTECH, with focus areas including electrification, AI, and sensor fusion.
Both recruitments support Qamcom’s vision to lead in applied technology with purpose. Erik and Christoffer bring valuable expertise and energy to areas where rapid change and high complexity demand new approaches.
