Stockholm IT Ventures AB to acquire the rapidly growing Fintech company Sprinkle AB

The Swedish company Stockholm IT Ventures AB, which is publicly listed on the Frankfurt Stock Exchange since 2014 under the ticker symbol SVAB, announced that they will acquire the rapidly expanding Swedish Fintech company Sprinkle AB, which has been experiencing strong growth both organically, as well as through the acquisition of other companies and a growing, global network of customers and investors.
