Redeye is honored to successfully have arranged an exclusive investor meeting at the Swedish Residence in New York. The event attracted a large number of US-based institutions and family offices, taking the unique opportunity to meet six leading growth companies within the Nordic Life Science and Technology industries.
Leif Pagrotsky, Consule General of Sweden in New York, opened the event with a well-formulated speech highlighting the Nordic region’s prominent global position within the two sectors. A brief introduction to Redeye’s business areas and achievements was then given by Greger Johansson, Corporate Advisor at Redeye.
The participating Life Science companies were Alligator Bioscience, Nuevolution and Orexo. From the Technology sector we heard Hexatronic Group, G5 Entertainment and Mycronic.
During the Investor Meeting, a manager from each of the six handpicked firms presented their business and investment case, often with a special focus on the US market. The presentations were followed by Q&As with many insightful questions from the audience.
Alex Haar Gouliaev, CEO at Nuevolution:
“I think it is great and very much appreciated that our consulates, both the Danish and Swedish around the world, help and support Scandinavian businesses into new markets. As always Redeye had arranged a very well-organized event with good attendance from an active audience. It was a great pleasure for us to participate.”
Greger Johansson, Corporate Broking at Redeye:
“We are delighted to conclude that our first Investor Meeting in New York was exceptionally well received; both among participating companies and the US-based investors. As a matchmaker for Nordic growth companies, we are constantly aiming to improve our services and this event marks a milestone for Redeye.
We want to give a special thanks to Sweden’s General Consulate in New York and The Swedish-American Chamber of Commerce for an excellent collaboration.”
