&lt;p&gt;At 18:30 the Pecha Kucha Night starts. PechaKucha is a global storytelling platform that celebrates people, passion, and creative thought. The PechaKucha 20x20 presentation format is a slide show of 20 images, each auto-advancing after 20 seconds. It’s non-stop and you've got 400 seconds to tell your story, with visuals guiding the way. PechaKucha was created in Japan in 2003 by renowned architects, Astrid Klein and Mark Dytham. The word “PechaKucha” is Japanese for “chit chat”.&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;/div&gt;&lt;h3&gt;Root Cells&lt;/h3&gt;&lt;p&gt;The Root Cells constitutes the roots and gives support to all other parts of the Emprogage tree. The root area is concerned with ideas and functions that address the structural and cultural development of Emprogage.&lt;/p&gt;&lt;h3&gt;Cell Areas&lt;/h3&gt;&lt;p&gt;The four cell areas of Emprogage – Consulting, Exploration, Development, Root – meet once a year for a tactical meeting, where lessons learned and best practices are shared and where the cells in the area learn together. Each quarter a different cell area meets. All co-creators from the cell area are invited to participate. In that way, the learnings from tactical cell levels are transferred to the operational and strategic levels of Emprogage. Through this integration of learnings, the consciousness of Emprogage expands and evolves through the dialogical learning of Co-creators and results in changes in culture and structure. Put differently, energy flows through the Heartwood of the metaphorical Emprogage tree, where changes in the Backbone (What), DNA (How), Purpose (Purpose) and Soul (Roots) lead to changes in all the other functions. A change in one aspect means a change in the whole and vice versa.&lt;/p&gt;&lt;h3&gt;Emprogagers and the Emprogage Environment&lt;/h3&gt;&lt;p&gt;An Emprogager is a Co-creator and Owner of the collective Emprogage. As an Emprogager it is important to be able to relate to oneself, in other words, to be conscious of one’s own consciousness, in order to be able to relate to Emprogage and to others. This means to continuously ask oneself the root, why, how, and what questions to develop personal strategies, tactics, and operations. All Emprogagers are self-organised, share the purpose of Emprogage, and work in line with the Organising Principles. Every Emprogager is part of at least one cell of each of the four cell areas, to be able to be whole. Any two Emprogagers have together the authority to sign for the firm.&lt;/p&gt;&lt;p&gt;A Co-creator is a person or entity that creates together with Emprogagers. The day starts with breakfast together at 8.15. &lt;em&gt;NB! Emprogage Phloem is not held this day.&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/p&gt;&lt;p&gt;The program for the Cell day starts at 8.30. During the day we will be working on how to faciltate the shift from best in the world to best for the world by exploration programs services - and the theme of the day is Exploring Business Branches. Specifically we will focus on programs, clients, plattforms and sales funnel for our Exploration Programs in each Business Branch. We will also look into Facilitation Programs and Train-the-Trainer set ups. Additionally we will be inspired by Grobruket. With a collective reflection, setting an intention for the next steps, and a check-out the day closes at 15.30.&lt;/p&gt;&lt;p&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Exploration Cells&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/p&gt;&lt;p&gt;The Exploration Cells form the stem of the tree making up the conversation and transport of learning through joint exploration.     &lt;p&gt;&lt;p&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Welcome to all co-creators of Emprogage!&lt;br&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;We are excited to announce our next &lt;strong&gt;Concultancy Cell Day on May 12th&lt;/strong&gt;, a learning conference designed specifically for all Concultancy Cells.&lt;/p&gt;&lt;p&gt;What: Concultancy Cell Day&lt;br&gt;When: May 12th 8:30-16:00&lt;br&gt;Where: Green Innovation Park, Slottsvägen 2, SLU Alnarp&lt;br&gt;&lt;/p&gt;&lt;p&gt;As a self-organizing consultancy firm, we don't have any traditional departments. All work is conducted in cells. This learning conferens has the theme: &lt;em&gt;From seed and sprout to flower and fruit &lt;/em&gt;&lt;/p&gt;&lt;p&gt;We will work on the process from Idea to Cell and from Cell to Sales as well as producing pitches in a studio.&lt;br&gt;The day starts with breakfast and inspiration together with Green Innovation Park in Alnarp&lt;br&gt;&lt;/p&gt;&lt;p&gt;&lt;strong&gt;The crown of &lt;/strong&gt;&lt;strong&gt;a &lt;/strong&gt;&lt;strong&gt;tree&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/p&gt;&lt;p&gt;The tree stands tall and proud, its trunk sturdy and gnarled, a testament to its age and resilience. But it's the crown of the tree that truly takes your breath away. Branches reach out in every direction, as if trying to touch the sky. Leaves of every color and shape dance in the breeze, a riot of beauty that dazzles the eye.&lt;/p&gt;&lt;p&gt;The consultancy cells nestled in the crown of the tree are a natural extension of this beauty. They flourish amidst the leaves and branches, like jewels glistening in the sunlight. From their lofty perch, the consultants offer their services to clients in need, providing guidance on structure and culture.&lt;/p&gt;&lt;p&gt;The view from the top of the tree is awe-inspiring, a vista of rolling hills and distant mountains. It's easy to feel a sense of wonder and connection to the world when surrounded by such natural beauty. All work is conducted in cells.&lt;/p&gt;&lt;p&gt;During this conference, we will have the opportunity to learn from one another and share our expertise. We will be discussing the latest trends and developments in our industry, as well as sharing our best practices and insights. The day will be filled with interactive sessions and workshops, where we can discuss, learn, and share our experiences.&lt;/p&gt;&lt;p&gt;This is a great opportunity for us to come together as a team and to build our skills and knowledge. We hope to see you all there!&lt;/p&gt;&lt;p&gt;&lt;/p&gt;&lt;p&gt;&lt;strong&gt;The roots of &lt;/strong&gt;&lt;strong&gt;a &lt;/strong&gt;&lt;strong&gt;tree&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/p&gt;&lt;p&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;The roots of a tree are the parts that don’t bear any nodes, nor do they ever leaf. They are the base of the tree. Just like a house, the stronger the base, the stronger the structure will be.&lt;/p&gt;&lt;p&gt;To ensure that a tree thrive to its fullest potential, it’s critical to make sure that the tree roots are in good shape. The roots absorb water, minerals, and nutrients directly from the soil and into the stem and then dispersed throughout the tree—into the branches, the leaves, any budding flowers on the tree, any fruit growing on the tree, and so on.&lt;/p&gt;&lt;p&gt;Roots also store necessary nutrients and food for future needs. This storage by the roots is how trees survive the colder months.&lt;/p&gt;&lt;p&gt;The roots of the tree act as an anchor, keeping the tree in place. The stronger the root system is, the harder it will be for the tree to uproot. The roots of the tree also determine the alignment of the tree. Strong tree root systems also play a very interesting role in shaping the environment around the tree.&lt;br&gt;&lt;/p&gt;&lt;p&gt;&lt;/p&gt;&lt;p&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Root Cells&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/p&gt;&lt;p&gt;The Root Cells constitutes the roots and gives support to all other parts of the Emprogage tree. The root area is concerned with ideas and functions that address the structural and cultural development of Emprogage.&lt;/p&gt;&lt;p&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;br&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/p&gt;&lt;p&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Cell Areas&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/p&gt;&lt;p&gt;The four cell areas of Emprogage – Consulting, Exploration, Development, Root – meet once a year for a tactical meeting, where lessons learned and best practices are shared and where the cells in the area learn together. Each quarter a different cell area meets. All co-creators from the cell area are invited to participate. In that way, the learnings from tactical cell levels are transferred to the operational and strategic levels of Emprogage. Through this integration of learnings, the consciousness of Emprogage expands and evolves through the dialogical learning of Co-creators and results in changes in culture and structure. Put differently, energy flows through the Heartwood of the metaphorical Emprogage tree, where changes in the Backbone (What), DNA (How), Purpose (Purpose) and Soul (Roots) lead to changes in all the other functions. A change in one aspect means a change in the whole and vice versa.&lt;/p&gt;&lt;p&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;br&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/p&gt;&lt;p&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Emprogagers and the Emprogage Environment&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/p&gt;&lt;p&gt;An Emprogager is a Co-creator and Owner of the collective Emprogage. As an Emprogager it is important to be able to relate to oneself, in other words, to be conscious of one’s own consciousness, in order to be able to relate to Emprogage and to others. This means to continuously ask oneself the root, why, how, and what questions to develop personal strategies, tactics, and operations. All Emprogagers are self-organised, share the purpose of Emprogage, and work in line with the Organising Principles. Every Emprogager is part of at least one cell of each of the four cell areas, to be able to be whole.     &lt;p&gt;&lt;h2&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Exploration Cell Day – Nov 18th in Lomma&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/h2&gt;&lt;p&gt;Emprogage invites all Co-creators for a Exploration Cell day on the 18th of November in Lomma. The day starts with breakfast together at 8.30. NB! Emprogage Phloem is not held this day.&lt;/p&gt;&lt;p&gt;The program for the Cell day starts at 9.15. During the day we will be working on how to faciltate the shift from best in the world to best for the world by exploration programs services - and the theme of the day is Work as Play. Specifically we will focus on methods for facilitation and all Co-creators and cells are invited to bring and present their favorite methods. We will also hover the course list and look into the tool box of Emprogage. As a lot of stories can be told in connection to Exploration Cells, we will create and plan for telling those stories. With a collective reflection, setting an intention for the next steps, and a check-out the day closes 15.30.&lt;/p&gt;&lt;p&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Exploration Cells&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/p&gt;&lt;p&gt;The Exploration Cells form the stem of the tree making up the conversation and transport of learning through joint exploration. Vi konsumenter behöver äta mer klimat- och miljövänligt, och minska matsvinnet. Det innebär en ökad och hållbar produktion av mat som kan leda till fler jobb och hållbar tillväxt i hela landet och ge konsumenter, oavsett bakgrund, bättre förutsättningar att göra medvetna val. &lt;p&gt;Vi arbetar tillsammans i en Open Space – en metodik som erbjuder ett demokratiskt sätt att byta erfarenheter och genomföra utvecklings- och förändringsarbete.&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;Vi börjar med att gemensamt skapa agendan. Om du vill får du gärna förbereda dig genom att ta med dig dina egna frågor på temat och ett engagemang för att utforska dem tillsammans med andra. Med andra ord; Vi formulerar frågor och ger varandra utrymme att samtala, reflektera och skapa.&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;Metodiken bygger på fyra principer;&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;ol&gt;
&lt;li&gt;de som kommer är de som skulle komma,&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;det som sägs är det som skulle sägas,&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;det börjar när det börjar och&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;det slutar när det slutar.&lt;/li&gt;

&lt;p&gt;När du som deltar upptäcker att du är i en situation där du varken lär dig eller bidrar med något, har du ansvar att gå vidare, antingen till en annan arbetsgrupp eller till en annan plats. &lt;p&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Yh-utbildningen Hållbar Livsmedelsintraprenör, HLI21&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;Hållbar Livsmedelsintraprenör är den första yrkesutbildningen i sitt slag, skapad utifrån branschens behov av en hållbar livsmedelsutveckling. Världen står inför en stor klimatomställning och vi behöver producera mer mat på ett mer hållbart sätt. Utbildningen ger oss kompetens och kunskap att möta dessa behov.&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;Efter utbildningen kan vi analysera värdekedjor inom livsmedelsbranschen, hitta cirkulära och hållbara lösningar samt bidra till en bättre framtidsvärld. Exempel på tjänster som utbildningen leder till: Livsmedelsinköpare, affärsutvecklare, livsmedelsförädlare, produkt &amp; produktions utvecklare och projektledare&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;Tillsammans med näringslivet, akademin och den offentliga sektorn har en handlingsplan arbetats fram med målet att skapa en hållbar tillväxt i Skåne.&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;En central utgångspunkt är att samverkan inom hela livsmedelssystemet är avgörande för att vi ska kunna skapa ett socialt, ekonomiskt och miljömässigt hållbart livsmedelssystem.&lt;/p&gt;

    &lt;p&gt;&lt;h2&gt;Root Cell Day – Jan 28th at Ideon Lund and digitally in Zoom&lt;/h2&gt;&lt;p&gt;Emprogage invites all Co-creators for a Root Cell day on the 28th of January, at Ideon Science Park  in Lund. The day starts with breakfast together at 8.30. NB! Emprogage Phloem is not held this day.&lt;/p&gt;&lt;p&gt;The program for the Cell day starts at 9.15. During the day we will be working on the embodied consciousness of Emprogage and how we as persons can relate to the Emprogage Being. We will embrace the whole Heart Wood of Emprogage. Specifically we will look into the Kumo map/tree. We will also focus on how we can tell the stories to be told through different channels and events.&lt;/p&gt;&lt;p&gt;With a collective reflection, setting an intention for the next steps, and a check-out the day closes 15.30.&lt;/p&gt;&lt;h3&gt;Root Cells&lt;/h3&gt;&lt;p&gt;The Root Cells constitutes the roots and gives support to all other parts of the Emprogage tree. Each quarter a different cell area meets. All co-creators from the cell area are invited to participate. In that way, the learnings from tactical cell levels are transferred to the operational and strategic levels of Emprogage. Through this integration of learnings, the consciousness of Emprogage expands and evolves through the dialogical learning of Co-creators and results in changes in culture and structure. Put differently, energy flows through the Heartwood of the metaphorical Emprogage tree, where changes in the Backbone (What), DNA (How), Purpose (Purpose) and Soul (Roots) lead to changes in all the other functions. &lt;p&gt;I en &lt;strong&gt;cirkulär ekonomi&lt;/strong&gt; används saker och ting så länge som möjligt. När de går sönder lagas de, görs om till något annat eller återvinns. En cirkulär ekonomi är helt enkelt tvärtom mot slit-och-släng – det är en form av kretslopp som använder så lite som möjligt av jordens resurser. [&lt;a href="https://www.regeringen.se/regeringens-politik/cirkular-ekonomi/" target="_blank"&gt;Naturskyddsföreningen&lt;/a&gt;]&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;div&gt;Cirkulär ekonomi är ett ekonomiskt system designat för att återskapa resurser om och om och om igen –precis som i naturen, vilket är dess förebild. I naturen finns inget avfall utan allt tas tillvara och blir näring i nästa led. I en cirkulär ekonomi används resurser så optimalt som möjligt, utan att förbrukas. För att det ska vara möjligt behöver aktörer samverka på ett smart sätt, och det över alla branscher och sektorer och gäller alla typer av organisationer och storlek. &lt;p&gt;&lt;br&gt;Omställningen till en cirkulär ekonomi har en stor potential att minska resursanvändningen och är ett verktyg för att nå dels miljö- och klimatmålen, dels de globala hållbarhetsmålen i Agenda 2030. &lt;p&gt;Vi börjar med att gemensamt skapa agendan. Om du vill får du gärna förbereda dig genom att ta med dig dina egna frågor på temat och ett engagemang för att utforska dem tillsammans med andra. Med andra ord; Vi formulerar frågor och ger varandra utrymme att samtala, reflektera och skapa.&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;Metodiken bygger på fyra principer; &lt;/p&gt;

The day starts with breakfast together at 8.30. NB! Emprogage Phloem is not held this day.&lt;/p&gt;&lt;p&gt;The program for the Cell day starts at 9.15. During the day we will be working on how to faciltate the shift from best in the world to best for the world by exploration programs services. Specifically we will look into the course platform Tomorrow Now and the Coursy platform for e-learning. We will also focus on the upcoming event with Ship of a New Story connecting Almedalen and Folkemödet.&lt;/p&gt;&lt;p&gt;With a collective reflection, setting an intention for the next steps, and a check-out the day closes 15.30.&lt;/p&gt;&lt;p&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Exploration Cells&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/p&gt;&lt;p&gt;The Exploration Cells form the stem of the tree making up the conversation and transport of learning through joint exploration. EMPROGAGE is our context and our meeting place. We are creating the future together.&lt;/p&gt;&lt;p&gt;Emprogage was founded at the end of 2018 and is collectively owned by 15 Emprogagers. Emprogage’s way of working is self-organizing and co-creative. At the beginning of 2018 over 40 people were involved in the design of Emprogage. Emprogage is perceived as a web of life – we use the tree as a metaphor. An adaptive and fluid cell structure provides Emprogagers as well as Co-creators the opportunity to engage in projects they perceive as meaningful. The ownership of Emprogage is through the individual companies its members have established themselves. That means Emprogage is at the same time a personal company as well as a collective. The aspect of non-duality is found in many aspects of Emprogage’s way of working, for example in the collective leadership responsibility and decentralized decision-&lt;/p&gt;&lt;p&gt;The Emprogagers have experience in facilitation, transformation work, and leadership development and are involved in many co-creations.     &lt;p&gt;&lt;h2&gt;Development Cell Day&lt;/h2&gt;&lt;p&gt;Emprogage invites for a Development Cell day on the 20th of August, at World Trade Center Malmö. The day starts with breaking the fast together at 8.30. It continues with a collective check-in and setting the intention for the day together. After that, the different Development Cells present an update about their current being and intention. Then lunch will be served. Working together on emerging questions and topics regarding the Development Cell Area is next on the agenda. With a collective reflection, setting an intention for the next steps, and a check-out the day closes around 15.00. &lt;/p&gt;&lt;h3&gt;Development Cells&lt;/h3&gt;&lt;p&gt;The Development Cells is the Root Collar serving as the basis for creating stability, forming, and conceptualizing new knowledge and experience for Emprogage. The Development Area consists of ideas people want to explore by learning together. It could be projects or services that are currently in an early prototype state and are tested with Emprogagers or Co-creators.&lt;/p&gt;&lt;h3&gt;Cell Areas&lt;/h3&gt;&lt;p&gt;The four cell areas of Emprogage - Consulting, Exploration, Development, Root - meet once a year for a tactical meeting, where lessons learned and best practices are shared and where the cells in the area learn together. Each quarter a different cell area meets. All co-creators from the cell area are invited to participate. In that way, the learnings from tactical cell levels are transferred to the operational and strategic levels of Emprogage. Through this integration of learnings, the consciousness of Emprogage expands and evolves through the dialogical learning of Co-creators and results in changes in culture and structure. Put differently, energy flows through the Heartwood of the metaphorical Emprogage tree, where changes in the Backbone (What), DNA (How), Purpose (Purpose) and Soul (Roots) lead to changes in all the other functions. A change in one aspect means a change in the whole and vice versa. &lt;/p&gt;&lt;h3&gt;Emprogagers and the Emprogage Environment&lt;/h3&gt;&lt;p&gt;An Emprogager is a Co-creator and Owner of the collective Emprogage. As an Emprogager it is important to be able to relate to oneself, in other words, to be conscious of one’s own consciousness, in order to be able to relate to Emprogage and to others. This means to continuously ask oneself the root, why, how, and what questions to develop personal strategies, tactics, and operations. All Emprogagers are self-organised, share the purpose of Emprogage, and work in line with the Organising Principles. Every Emprogager is part of at least one cell of each of the four cell areas, to be able to be whole. Any two Emprogagers have together the authority to sign for the firm.&lt;/p&gt;&lt;p&gt;A Co-creator is a person or entity that creates together with Emprogagers. Usually, Co-creators become part of a cell or are the recipient of design deliveries. A Co-creator can be part of many various organisations, contexts, and functions.&lt;/p&gt;&lt;p&gt;Consultants are persons that have signed a subcontract with Emprogage and are co-creators for a specific assignment or time period. The operational triad’s main task is to ensure the operational workings of Emprogage as an entity. It can be understood as a support cell for all the other cells. It also exists as the legal stewardship of Emprogage AB.&lt;/p&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
