Swedish fintech company Sambla Group has appointed Per Widerström as new chairman of the board. Sambla Group is one of the leading comparison services for loans and mortgages in the Nordics and consists of well known brands such Sambla, Advisa, and Rahalaitos.
Sambla Group AB has entered into an agreement with Speqta AB to acquire the leading Finnish comparison site Eone Oy (“Rahalaitos”). Together with Rahalaitos, Sambla Group will gain an even stronger position in the Nordic region and continue to drive the development of the industry.
