CHURCH OF SCIENTOLOGY MALMÖ IN ARLÖV, SWEDEN CELEBRATES ITS FIRST ANNIVERSARY

"During this first year here at Sockerbruksgatan we have seen a broadening of activities in many sectors of our activities. There has been an increase of students on course as well as those who receive spiritual counseling.

We have been more than ever visible in the streets of Skåne with our anti-drug campaign, our human rights campaign as well as the stress test and the Volunteer Ministers with their Yellow Tent. There is cooperation with other organizations on anti-drug, human rights and tolerance issues.

We have organized successful open houses and conferences on those issues which are increasingly popular. In fact, we have noticed an increased demand for the effective solutions that L. Ron Hubbard's Scientology and Dianetics have to offer to the society. Because Man is a spiritual being after all.

A growing interest has been noticed from people who realize that time is now to do something effectively about the problems they are facing in their life. They are tired of listening to words and advises, they want to do something effectively themselves," says Tarja Vulto, spokesperson for the Church of Scientology Malmö.

"We will celebrate this first year with the certainty that we will continue to help those who seek our help in helping themselves. While it is safe to conclude that other attempts to help man have utterly failed, we are here at the service of the Skåne community," Tarja Vulto says.

The Church of Scientology Malmö was opened a year ago in order to cater to the city of Malmö and the Skåne region altogether. In 2009 similar Ideal Organizations were opened in Washington DC, Dallas, Nashville and Rome, joining earlier opened Ideal Organizations in London, Berlin, Madrid, New York and San Francisco.
