Slättö completes the sale of a last mile logistics portfolio in Stockholm, Mälardalen and Norrköping

Today Slättö, a leading manager of alternative investment funds, announces the divestment of eleven properties through its logistics and warehouse platform Evolv. The properties, totalling approx. 41,000 sqm, are located in attractive and highly accessible last mile sites in Stockholm, Mälardalen and Norrköping. The portfolio is acquired by Swedish Logistic Property (“SLP”). Part of the proceeds are paid in shares, making Slättö a minority owner in SLP after the transaction.

Slättö is pleased to announce it has closed the sale of a portfolio of properties to the rapidly growing logistics specialist company SLP, founded by i.a. Erik Selin and Peter Strand. The properties comprise logistics facilities serving the supply chains of a diversified tenant base, giving the portfolio an attractive cash flow profile.

Evolv is Slättö’s warehouse and logistics platform, adding value through both development and active management of commercial properties in the segment. After the sale, Evolv has some 30 properties under management. In addition, the remaining portfolio comprises development projects of more than 400,000 sqm existing and expected future building rights corresponding to a completion value exceeding SEK 5bn. The projects include for example Klinga Logistikpark and Herstaberg Logistic Hub in Norrköping.

Of the divested properties, five have been designed and constructed by Evolv during the last three years. Energy efficiency measures have been in focus and several properties have had solar panels installed.
