Sandy Farquharson and Slazenger Padel form a new, strategic partnership!

Slazenger Padel and Sandy Farquharson have entered a new long term partnership to help develop the sport of padel.

"Being born in London, I grew up with Slazenger in tennis as a big iconic brand and when I got the opportunity to test their padel products I did not hesitate at all" a very happy Sandy tells us.

"I will be using all that Slazenger Padel offers in terms of rackets, apparel and accessories! I couldn't be more excited to wear the panther with pride!" as they used to say back in the days, Sandy tells us with a big smile!

Short info about Sandy Farquharson and The Padel School

Sandy Farquharson started racket sports at an early age, playing tennis and squash from the time he was old enough to hit a ball. Tennis came through and became the direction of Sandy's life and he went to the US on a tennis scholarship to play in the NCAA. Following a couple of years playing tennis on the tour and coaching on WTA & ATP tour, Sandy studied a Degree and Masters in Biomechanics of Performance, which has helped significantly coaching technical racket sports. Sandy moved to Dubai to start working with a tennis academy and accidentally stumbled upon padel when a player dropped out and they desperately needed a willing replacement. After that tournament, he never looked back and started his education into padel by every improving his game spending time with Horacio Clementi, Bebe Auguste, Marcela Ferrari, Rodri Ovide, Manu Martin etc to name a few coaches at the top of the game! Sandy recently moved from Dubai, where he was coaching the Crown Prince and advising the UAE padel federation. Now based in London he consults with the LTA, writing their coach education program. Sandy himself currently plays to a high level, representing the GB Mens team and also is Head Coach of the national junior team.

The Padel School is the leading online platform for developing padel players and coaches in English. The YouTube channel has over 10 million views and an average of 500K per month, and Instagram will soon reach 30k followers! The Padel School is now working more to develop coaches around the world and the in-person workshops are always fully booked, with the online community growing every week.
