Alicia Keys släpper albumet HERE idag

Idag släpper vinnaren av 15 Grammys – singer/songwritern, producenten och filantropen Alicia Keys sitt sjätte studioalbum HERE.

Albumet är en ärlig inblick till det som är viktigast för Keys. HERE är ett intimt, musikaliskt utmanande och aktuellt album som skildrar Keys livslånga kärleksaffär till staden New York och dagens kulturella klimat i världen.

HERE är till största del producerat av The ILLuminaries som består av Alicia själv, låtskrivaren/producenten Mark Batson, MC/producenten Swizz Beatz samt Keys samarbetspartner sedan länge - Harold Lilly. Även Pharrell Williams och Carlo “Illangelo” Montagnese är medproducenter på en del av albumet.

"HERE is a response to the world we live in today”, säger Keys. “The music on this album is a reflection of the truth I’ve found in myself and the conversations happening all around me. HERE is about exploring the good, the bad, the ugly… the shadows and the light with compassion and an open mind. I've come to realize that in order for us to understand and accept each other, we have to recognize the complexities in ourselves and everyone around us. We have to be willing to talk about our differences and meet each challenge with love, right HERE."

Keys firar nya albumet med ett framträdande på TONIGHT SHOW STARRING JIMMY FALLON, THE VOICE och en specialkonsert på legendariska Apollo Theater i NYC.
