Carl Wine Group merges with Spivi Scandinavia.

On behalf of the Carl Wine group and family we are excited to share the news of the merger of Carl Vin & Wine with the fast-growing Spivi Scandinavia.

In the Nordics The Carl family name has been a synonym with wine for more than 40 years recognized for their work and their achievements ranging widely from wine producers with own award-winning wine production at Chateau de Seguin in Bordeaux to worldwide retailing. Today, Carl Wine uses their strong relationships and know-how to find world-class wines – to suit all tastes and price levels.

Spivi Scandinavia is one of the fastest growing alcohol beverage platforms in the Nordics and are different in the details. Old industrial setups create massive administration and effects output. Their model is based on minimizing those functions and give those extra minutes to our subsidiaries to nourish their brands. Spivi Scandinavia operates across all Nordic markets with local teams.

The merger will operate under the new name Carl Wine and the vision and mission statement for Carl Wine remains the same;
