Standout Capital invests in SignUp Software, a global leader in Accounts Payable Automation

Standout Capital is investing in one of the most exciting Microsoft Dynamics 365 ISVs, SignUp Software, a global leader in Accounts Payable Automation. The Swedish software company has over 1 000 customers globally and has experienced solid growth, not least in the US. Standout Capital will become a minority shareholder in SignUp Software, partnering with the founders who remain majority owners.

SignUp Software was founded by Göran Garvner and Henrik Garvner in 1999 and has steadily provided innovative and leading financial process automation solutions for Microsoft Dynamics 365 ERP. The flagship Accounts Payable Automation solution, ExFlow creates significant value for more than 1 000 customers globally. The company has 75 employees based in Sweden, Denmark and Australia and a large network of Microsoft partners and distributors across the globe. Following the investment by Standout Capital, Erik Wästlund will join the board of SignUp Software.
