Standout Capital invests in VisBook to accelerate the company's long-term growth

Standout Capital partners with the founders of VisBook, a Norwegian based provider of Property Management Systems for hotels, activity centers and camping sites. With Standout Capital as a new majority owner, VisBook will benefit from increased resources to realize and accelerate the Company’s long-term growth plan.

Since the start, VisBook has been successful in helping hotels to deliver great guest and customer experiences across the Nordics. VisBook’s cloud-based Property Management System functions as a core system for the customers’ daily operations and handles a range of operational and administrative tasks, including booking, CRM, Point of Sale, invoicing and accounting. With its broad functionality, customer focused support and ease of use combined with extensive integration possibilities, VisBook holds a market leading position in its segment with roughly 800 customers, primarily based in Norway and Sweden. The Company founders Øystein Selbekk and Kåre Mjøen will remain as significant shareholders.
