Standout exits SignUp Software to Insight Partners

On May 16, 2023, Standout sold its shareholding in SignUp, ending a highly successful investment and growth journey together with the company's founders Göran and Henrik Garvner.

In March 2021, Standout invested in SignUp Software AB, one of the most exciting Microsoft Dynamics 365 ISVs, and a global leader in Accounts Payable Automation.

Since then, the company has continued to develop well with 25%+ annual top-line and ARR growth. In November 2021, the company listed on Nasdaq First North Growth Market, to raise funds for more aggressive organic and acquisitive growth. SignUp has invested heavily in the international expansion and significantly broadened the internal sales and delivery capabilities in identified key markets by opening offices in the Netherlands, the U.K., USA and Singapore.

In April 2023, Insight Partners made a public offer for all the outstanding shares in SignUp. The offer was made at SEK 104 per share, approximately 30% premium to the unaffected share price. Standout viewed the offer as highly attractive and decided to accept the offer. Insight gained close to 100% acceptance of the public offer and made the offer unconditional on May 11. Standout sold the shares on May 16, 2023.
