Standout Increases Miradore Shareholding - Becomes Majority Owner
Standout Capital are pleased to have acquired a further 20% ownership stake in portfolio company Miradore Oy on September 30, 2020 by purchasing little over 500,000 shares from Innovestor Ventures, the early stage venture capital investor based in Helsinki. Following the transaction, Standout becomes the majority shareholder with around 69% ownership.
Since Standout’s initial investment in Miradore in May 2018, the company has grown significantly internationally, particularly in the US. In fact, the company has in the last two years successfully transformed from a predominately domestic on-prem business to a global SaaS business. Now more than 50% of revenues are international as well as generated from the fast growing, completely cloud based SaaS MDM (Mobile Device Management) offering.
