”To share knowledge and inspire to development …” These are a the words coming from El Sistema Sweden’s artistic leader, Ron Davis Alvarez, when asked what he wants to achieve with El Sistema Play.

The idea to combine the El Sistema philosophy from Venezuela with the academic knowledge of pedagogy in Sweden has been in his head for a long time, and so the ambition to share it.

Five videos

The five videos presented on www.play.elsistema.se today forms a basic toolbox that helps both teachers and students to organize and realize development for the orchestra. With the right positions, attitude, dynamics and discipline the results will come: the love for and understanding of the music will increase, and so will the sound.

New options

Introducing the first step in this digital platform we want to open the users creativity. We wish to enlighten everyone that put interest in how to improve their teaching and learning skills. El Sistema Play simply offers a possibility to discover new options.
