STS receives top rankings from the German Institute for Service Quality

STS received top rankings in a recent survey conducted by the German Institute for Service Quality (DISQ). The study tested 19 student exchange organizations in Germany for service quality in terms of advice for interested parties and customer service.

The ratings for STS include:

• 1^st place as the best commercial organization
• 1^st place in telephone service
• 2^nd place in the overall result
• 3^rd place for the website

Among the 19 student exchange organizations that have been tested by the German Institute for Service Quality (DISQ), STS is among the top 3 in almost every category, achieving the overall top ranking among commercial organizations. In the category telephone service, STS won 1st place and was one of only two organizations to receive an excellent rating.

The DISQ had this to say about STS: "When talking on the phone, STS shows the best performance of all providers. The competent employees are extremely confident and responsive to the concerns of interested parties. The well-structured website offers extensive special information, e.g. on the selection process of the host families or on the application process."
