STS ranked top Language Travel provider in Italy for customer service

In a recent study carried out by the German Quality and Finance Institute (ITQF), STS Education ranked first for customer service among Language Travel providers in Italy.

The ITQF conducts market surveys aimed at analysing the economic and service aspects of companies in different sectors, from banking and utilities to retail, hospitality and tourism.

The Best in Italy - Service Champions 2019/2020 is the largest survey on the level of service offered by companies in Italy. The analysis was developed in cooperation with the Goethe University of Frankfurt, bringing together the insights of nearly 230,000 Italian consumers on the service they received from 1,274 companies in 150 different sectors of the economy. Based on the results, each company receives a Service Experience Score, which the ITQF describes as a simple, precise and trusted measure of customer loyalty.

The study found that STS received the highest score among Language Travel customers, giving the company the award “Nr. 1 SERVICE” in the Language Travel sector.
