The packaging industry faces many challenges. A a new report made by the European Economic and Social Committee (EESC) reveals the necessary changes that need to be made. The report will be presented by Armando Mariano, Head of Sustainability and Group Director of R&D Materials and Products at Seda International Packaging Group, at this year's Scanpack Summit.

Annette Lendal is a circular economy expert. Her previous work includes the Ellen McArthur Foundation, where she dedicated her efforts and research to guide some of the biggest brands in the world on launching the circular economy for plastics. On October 4th she will take the stage at Scanpack Summit as the opening keynote speaker.
