Form Talks: Milan – Explore tomorrow's office with Form Magazine
The biggest design event of the year is here: Il Salone is on everyones lips. And so is the office, this year's theme for the official exhibition. Welcome to Form Talks on April 14-16, a series of discussions on the shift in our working spaces and environment, at Swedish Design Goes Milan at the fair in Milan.
We will address tomorrow’s offices and how they will be designed: the ergonomics, the technology, the sound and acoustics, the durability and environmental challenges, the new needs. And not least, the importance of relaxation – as the title of the exhibition “swedenpresspause” suggests.
“The furniture world is in flux. The office is becoming cosy and home-like, while the home has turned into a workspace.” Read the whole article in Form Magazine #2, where managing editor Salka Hallström Bornold explains how the flexible office is the result of an increasingly unstable job market.
