Establishment of new company - Vadensjö Örter AB

Ellenholm & Vadensjö JBR AB has undergone a significant change in the company's structure and ownership by establishing a separate company for the packaging of fresh herbs, named "Vadensjö Örter AB."

This strategic initiative signifies a specific direction to strengthen and specialize our operations within the fresh herbs segment. Family Herrmann Kräuter join as co-owners in Vadensjö Örter AB. Vadensjö Örter is registered in Sweden and will operate in the Scandinavian market.

Herrmann Kräuter's company are based in Germany, which with its production is one of Europe's leading players in fresh herbs.

- Through the establishment of Vadensjö Örter, we can togehter develop the category for fresh herbs and create the conditions to become the leading player in Scandinavia, says Thomas Herrmann.

Starting from mid January 2024, all packaging of dill, chives, parsley, and other herbs will transition to the new company, Vadensjö Örter AB. This transition means that all activities related to the packaging of fresh herbs, previously managed by Ellenholm & Vadensjö JBR AB, will now be coordinated and handled by the newly formed company.

All cultivation and packaging of other vegetables and berries, as well as the own cultivation of herbs, will continue as before within the framework of Ellenholm & Vadensjö JBR AB.

The sale of Vadensjö Örters' products will be through SydGrönt Ekonomisk Förening, where the company is also a member.
