Synch advisor when SilverRail acquires 75 percent of LINKON from SJ
Synch has acted as legal advisor to SilverRail Technologies, Inc. in connection with its acquisition of 75 percent of the shares in LINKON AB from SJ AB, which will keep a 25 percent ownership stake.
SilverRail, based in the USA, is a leading travel technology provider in the distribution of railway tickets. The company was established in 2009 and has about 90 employees with offices in Boston, London and Brisbane. LINKON develops and offers advanced ticket and payment systems for the travel industry focusing on railway.
