Award-winning entrepreneur Hamdija Jusufagic hands over Group CEO role of prosperous System Verification

Hamdija Jusufagic, founder and majority owner of System Verification, is now succeeded by Erik Björhäll as Group CEO of System Verification. Erik Björhäll has been a part of the company since 2004. He is the current CEO of the Swedish operations. Hamdija Jusufagic will continue to function as the chairman of the Group, and will focus on strategy and vision.

System Verification was founded in 2002. The company is a market leader within Quality Assurance. It delivers insights, customer benefit and value through expertise and AI-powered tools for software monitoring and analysis. Together with partner companies Reeinvent and CodeScene, System Verification forms an ecosystem of fast-growing, cutting edge companies that complete each other and create value for the companies, their co-workers and their clients.

“I have been working operationally in System Verification ever since I started the company back in 2002. The group now has more than 250 employees. In his role as Group CEO, Hamdija Jusufagic has expanded System Verification to a global corporate group with nine offices in four countries – Sweden (2002), Bosnia (2013), Germany (2018) and Poland (2020). As an entrepreneur and investor, Hamdija Jusufagic has also built a successful ecosystem of companies. An investment was made in CodeScene in 2016, and he founded Reeinvent in 2018. Erik Björhäll will remain in the role as CEO of System Verification Sweden. He will assume the position of Group CEO on 16 January 2021.
