TradeTech Consulting continues acquisition trail

Stockholm – 29 August, 2013 – TradeTech Consulting, leading consultancy to the treasury, asset management and capital markets segments, has acquired Camago Consulting, a niche company delivering specialized advisory services and project management to the financial services industry.

“Our acquisition of Camago fulfills another step in our deliberate growth strategy as we strive to serve our niche market in a focused manner, on a broader scale, while securing more long-term organic growth for the Company,” says Joakim Wiener, CEO of TradeTech Consulting.

For the last three years TradeTech Consulting has boasted “best ever” results. Despite a turbulent financial economy in the financial world, the company has experienced growth, not just in earnings, but also in its client base, geographic presence, and the number of consultants.

“Demand for our services in both consulting and outsourcing are on the increase," said Wiener.  "This is due to many factors but cost restrictions and new financial regulations are certainly in the limelight. New financial regulations, for example, impact both reporting and compliance, requiring a blend of specialist competencies not always found in-house."

During 2012 TradeTech Consulting made two acquisitions – NFS Group AB including its Dutch subsidiary NFS Group BV, and Trade Channel Consulting, a Swedish consultancy specifically servicing Asset Management firms. Both organizations have specialist skills with the well known investment management  software SimCorp Dimension. The acquisition of Camago is effective as of 4 July, 2013.
