    The city of Oslo has turned to Julian Stubbs, the man who devised the branding of Stockholm as The Capital of Scandinavia, for their own branding. Stubbs will give a presentation at MIPIM, the world’s leading real estate summit, in Cannes France today with Oslo’s governing Mayor Stian Berger Røsland. The presentation is at 15.00 and will be held on the Oslo stand number 13.24/15.23 at MIPIM.
