Verismo Systems Provide 360 Evaluation

The 360 evaluation is a powerful freestanding tool or a great complement to a more comprehensive performance process. The tool, which is mainly aimed at managers and collates feedback from various different levels in the organisation, is now available in Verismo HR.

Utilising a 360 evaluation in parts of the organisation to focus on for example an employee’s competencies, development and behaviours provides valuable information and conditions for advancement. Verismo HR allows the user to invite evaluators who are then provided with a user-friendly evaluation questionnaire. The process is completed with notes, reminders and visual displays.

When a 360 evaluation has been completed a report containing the collated results from the evaluators together with associated graphs and statistics is created. The report can be exported to for example PDF and presented to the person being evaluated. If the same evaluation has previously been completed the results are compared and any changes highlighted.
