Vinga Capital Markets Day: Exploring Innovation and Investment Opportunities

This year’s Capital Markets Day in Stockholm was held at the Grand Hôtel on February 19. The event highlighted investment opportunities across several dynamic and fast‑growing sectors. Strong emphasis was placed on issuers addressing urgent challenges, particularly within local and sustainable food production, where several new issuers were introduced.

Artificial intelligence was another key theme, with a range of compelling projects presented, underscoring AI’s growing influence across multiple industries. Real estate development also featured prominently, with developers showcasing numerous projects in the Stockholm and Copenhagen areas. In addition, Hubins provided valuable insights into tax-efficient and digital management of unlisted and alternative investments.

The day also included an important presentation from our partner, World Childhood Foundation, offering updates on its vital work to protect children from violence and sexual abuse.

Keynote speaker and prominent economist Klas Eklund outlined his view on the shifting global political landscape. Investing with a long‑term perspective requires understanding where the world is headed. This led Klas to pose the pointed question: “What on earth is going on?”
