Voxo presents at AI in Financial Services conference in London

Voxo was invited to present during the Technova AI in Financial Services conference in London. The full-day conference gathers executives across banking, insurance, and capital markets to expand their understanding of AI, and build practical knowledge on how to develop real, implementable systems. Amongst the participants were institutions such as HSBC, Barclays, ING, BNP Paribas, Northern Trust, Deutsche Bank, Citi, and many more.

Voxo CEO Johan Wadenholt’s presentation was about how the financial industry can leverage their Voice data to better understand their clients and at the same time increase the efficiency and compliance for both advisors and customer contact agents.

– One of the most frequently discussed topics during the day was about understanding the whole cycle, from end to end when implementing new machine learning and AI-based solutions. This is in line with how we work with our clients today and it's truly interesting to understand the different approaches to implement this type of business-critical new system, says Johan Wadenholt, CEO of Voxo.

Another discussion that arose was around utilizing machine learning and AI systems to provide a customer-centric service.

– As we continuously analyze conversations we get a deeper understanding of what topics, which products, what issues, and which questions are currently being discussed for all of our clients. This gives birth to the intelligence and efficiency in our platform in order to enable financial service providers to better understand and help their customers, hence providing a customer-centric service, says Johan Wadenholt.
