Wadström Tönnheim Gallery participates at Marbella Art Fair 2018
Wadström Tönnheim Gallery with a gallery in Malmö and a new grand space in Marbella participates as the only Swedish gallery for the second time at Marbella Art Fair. They are participating in the fair representing and showing works by two acclaimed artists; the emerging Argentinian sculpture Matias Di Carlo and the established Spanish painter Jorge Fin.
The theme for the booth is an exhibition based on the four elements; earth, water, fire and air. Where Matias Di Carlos abstract dynamic corten steel sculptures symbolizes earth and fire, meanwhile Jorge Fins figurative and delicate cloud paintings is illustrating water and air.
– We are participating with two solid artists that represents quality and substance. And we strongly believe in Marbella Art Fair as a good foundation for us to establish contacts with the regional collectors and buyers, says Mattias Tönnheim owner and director for Wadström Tönnheim Gallery.
The Marbella Art Fair will take place from the 21th to 25th of July 2018 at Palacio de Congresos, Ferias y Exposiciones de la ciudad de Marbella, Spain.

Wadström Tönnheim Gallery is focused on contemporary art. The mission of the gallery has been to examine the idea of the painterly, be it also through related media such as photography, sculpture, installations, video and drawing, in order to understand and to promote the direction of painting and it’s relevance to contemporary visual culture. The Galleries in Malmö and Marbella are owned and operated by Lisa Wadström and Mattias Tönnheim.
