The Guide is a straight-forward modern rock track, a little like a livelier (read: less dreary) HIM and closer Liar/Advertiser has a slight power/progressive metal lilt to it with the keyboard parts and guitar solo recalling Star One or IQ and chorus vocals akin to Disturbed’s David Draiman.

There’s a lot to Lucy Seven’s sound, something for everyone to relate to, and overall it makes them a fairly unique prospect
and worth keeping an eye out for.”
