Yangi strengthens its investor base with the entry of Voith — the global technology leader — and luxury house CHANEL, who together signed a share purchase agreement in December 2022. They join FutureLab & Partners and Turret Oy to form a powerful consortium of venture and industrial investors, securing Yangi’s long-term growth and momentum into 2023 and beyond.
To aid and speed up the shift from fossil-based plastic packaging, Yangi has initiated a strategic research collaboration project with partners Holmen Iggesund, Solenis, Fiber-X, FutureLab & Partners AB, Duni Group, KTH Royal Institute of Technology, Lund University, and a premium brand owner within the consumer goods segment.

Yangi has made a breakthrough in developing grease and water-resistant packaging for take away solutions, which fulfils the requirements for recyclability and barrier performance for food on the go.
