Stockholm, Sweden: Today Yanzi Networks, a leading provider of smart building solutions, announced an addition to their expanding line of products designed to bring a building to life. With the number of devices in smart buildings expected to reach 3.3Bn by 2022 there is an increased focus on how to cost effectively connect them all while providing reliable coverage. Yanzi's new Hybrid Mesh greatly increases the range of a Gateway by extending coverage over a larger area. This technology can pass through obstacles like walls and floors which significantly improves connectivity in hard to reach places. Stefan Sandhagen, Chief Product Officer at Yanzi reports, "The hybrid mesh allows you to scale any site far more efficiently by enabling an increased number of sensors to be connected while substantially extending coverage in a cost effective way." The hybrid mesh will be released in Europe and US first quarter of 2020.
